This is a demonstration of a possible page entry you can have for your web site. The two different types of slide shows are an alternative to the now popular Flash introductions that may also slow down the viewers entry, thus causing him/her to go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the speed can not be changed, but there are a wide variety of entry options, including 'drop by letter' or 'hop in', just to name a few.  You can also play an audio clip such as music or a welcome introduction you make yourself.  There are effects such as 'double click' or 'mouse over' that will add interaction from your viewer, causing their interest to be aroused.
